Cancellation Policy

Charter Booking Policy At Mirage Boat Sales & Charter, we are committed to delivering a seamless and professional charter experience. Please review the following booking terms prior to confirming your reservation. Booking Confirmation All charter bookings are subject to vessel availability and are confirmed only once a deposit has been received and written confirmation has been issued by Mirage Boat Sales & Charter. Deposit & Payment A deposit may be required to secure your charter date. The remaining balance must be paid prior to the commencement of the charter, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellation and rescheduling requests must be made in writing. Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the notice period provided and commitments already made with vessel owners and crew. Weather Conditions Charters may be rescheduled at the discretion of the captain or vessel operator in the event of unsafe weather conditions. Safety is our highest priority. Charter Duration & Timing Charters begin and conclude at the agreed times. Late arrivals may reduce charter duration without adjustment to pricing. Conduct & Responsibility Guests are expected to behave responsibly while onboard. The captain reserves the right to terminate a charter if safety, vessel integrity, or crew wellbeing is compromised. Damage & Liability The charterer may be held responsible for any damage caused during the charter period. Tailored Charter Services Mirage Boat Sales & Charter specialises in tailored experiences. Additional services, catering, fuel, marina fees, and special requests may be quoted separately depending on the vessel and charter requirements.
